A Paris industrial group chooses a Portuguese company to implement its entire IT infrastructure and manage it 365 days a year.

Lisbon, 25 October 2026 — France Affiches, a French reference in large-format printing since 1984, has chosen DataRoad to implement the complete IT infrastructure of its three sites (Antony and Wissous, in Paris, and Vialonga, in Lisbon) and to manage it with the IT Unlimited Premium 365 plan. It is a flagship international project: one network, one team and one point of responsibility, from Paris to Lisbon. It follows the IT audit DataRoad carried out in Paris.

The challenge

France Affiches operates from three locations and needed a single, stable and secure infrastructure, with no points of failure that could stop production. Instead of combining several suppliers, it chose a partner with full responsibility: from design and cabling to day-to-day management.

What DataRoad implements

The solution covers every layer of the infrastructure, sized for each site and managed centrally:

• Enterprise switches — layer 3 enterprise switches with PoE at the Paris sites, structured cabling and high-speed links between servers, storage and network. See business networks and structured cabling.
• Professional Wi-Fi — enterprise access points with planned coverage per site and separate networks for staff and guests.
• Enterprise firewall — enterprise firewalls with encrypted site-to-site VPN and VPN to the DataRoad datacenter, intrusion detection and prevention, and VLAN segmentation. See cybersecurity for businesses.
• Resilient internet connectivity — fibre as the main connection and 5G as the alternative, with automatic failover at every site.
• Servers and storage — a new-generation server and enterprise storage with high-reliability drives, RAID protection and replication between sites. See disaster recovery and business continuity.
• Endpoint and server security — cloud-managed endpoint protection with a central console, and off-site backups in the DataRoad datacenter.

Redundancy at every layer

DataRoad designed the redundancy from the ground up: if a component fails, operations carry on.

• High-availability firewalls — at the Paris sites, two devices work as a pair: if one fails, the other takes over immediately.
• Two links, two devices — fibre and 5G on separate devices, connected to both firewalls, so a link or device failure does not interrupt the site.
• Duplicated storage — dual power supply and RAID on each file server, with replication between the two Paris sites and to the DataRoad datacenter.
• Off-site copies — backups in the DataRoad datacenter, with redundant internet, Starlink and renewable energy.

After the implementation, DataRoad provides ongoing management with the IT Unlimited Premium 365 plan: unlimited on-site and remote support, including nights, weekends and public holidays, permanent monitoring and managed security. It is the plan designed for companies that cannot stop.
