Our history
DataRoad was founded on the belief that the Portuguese IT support market deserved something different.
A model that puts the client at the centre — not billable hours, not loyalty contracts, not clauses that make it difficult to leave. A model based on results, transparency and a genuine partnership.
We started serving our first clients in Lisbon with a simple proposition: we take full responsibility for your IT, we take care of everything, we’re always available, and the price is fixed. No fine print.

We have grown consistently, year on year, through direct recommendations from our clients.
