The BePoet Baixa Hotel’s IT infrastructure was built from scratch by DataRoad: a structured network, professional Wi‑Fi on all floors, IP video surveillance, access control, and permanent support. A DataRoad she was elected to carry out a integrated technological project in a hotel industry client, involving the wireless network installation (corporate Wi-Fi), implementation of IP CCTV (video surveillance), access control and a continuous management of the entire IT infrastructure via the service “Unlimited”, with permanent on-site, remote and telephone support, reinforced by monitoring and alarm systems. This type of implementation is critical in hotels and accommodation units, where the guest experience directly depends on a well-functioning system. stable Wi-Fi network, de reliable security systems and of seamless daily operations — from check-in and billing, to guest connectivity in rooms, public areas and outdoor spaces.
