Ongoing IT support about 50 jobs between Lisbon and Porto;
Print and server management in both locations;
Internet connectivity management of the two offices;

Managing the technological infrastructure of two geographically distant locations — Lisbon and Porto — presents specific challenges: ensuring the same level of response and availability in both offices, without relying on constant travel by technicians.

The IT Unlimited model responds to this challenge by combining remote support, with the rapid resolution of most incidents from a distance, and continuous monitoring of the entire infrastructure, enabling DataRoad to identify problems in any of the offices before they can affect the roughly 50 workstations of the Yunit Consulting team.
