In a second contract with the Union of Parishes of Massamá and Monte Abraão, DataRoad was selected through public contract to ensure the IT maintenance of all the local authority's IT infrastructure, complementing the consultancy services already provided.

Management of the local authority's IT infrastructure

This contract focuses specifically on the ongoing maintenance of all equipment and systems that make up the Parish Council's IT infrastructure, distributed across different geographical locations:

• Ongoing IT support of workstations and servers;
• Wireless network management and printing equipment in each service;
• Internet connectivity management of all the installations;
• Monitoring, remote support, alarm notification and 24×7 reporting (Premium 365).
