Before: survey of the new premises, network and socket layout, liaising with the internet provider regarding the internet connection and with the landlord regarding cable routing. During: structured cabling, rack installation, Wi-Fi, firewall, telephones, servers and workstations.
On the day of the move we oversee the operation so that the team enters the new space and finds everything working — network, printers, telephones and access.

Order, monitoring of the operator's deadline and a reserve call when the risk justifies it.

Dismantling, transport, assembly and commissioning, with validation carried out before the team arrives.

Main system and extensions in the new premises, with numbers ported without interruption.
How to do it without losing a day's work
Six to eight weeks before
Survey, design and, above all, ordering of the internet circuits.
Three weeks prior
Cabling and rack installed and certified in the new, still empty space.
Moving weekend
Servers and stations pass, are booted up and tested before Monday.
First day
We are at the venue. It is the day when the small things appear — and they are sorted on the spot.
What cannot fail
In order of risk: the internet deadline (it is the only one that depends on neither us nor the client), the number of network points per workstation (two, not one), the position of the rack — ventilated, closed and accessible —, the power supply and the UPSs, and the list of who needs to be contactable on the weekend of the move.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much notice should we give?
Six to eight weeks before the move, mainly because of internet circuit installation lead times, which are beyond our control.
Is it necessary to close the company?
No. The migration of the servers takes place at the weekend or out of hours. The network in the new space is already ready and tested by then.
Do you also deal with the physical relocation of the equipment?
As for the IT equipment, yes — servers, racks, workstations and phones. The furniture is up to the removal company.
What if the new office already has a network installed?
We verify and certify what is there. It is common to find old, uncertified cabling that passes basic tests and fails under load.
