The occasional assistance will be for occasional needs, without any commitment and only when the client needs it. You can always request our services for a one-off intervention. The cost is per local, remote or telephone intervention and does not include travel.
The monthly contract implies guaranteed support and thus shorter response times and is calculated on the number of posts and hours required for the proper functioning of the client's systems. Its payment is monthly or quarterly and has a fixed cost without any limit on the number of monthly hours.
The annual contract includes a series of services with no time limit and aims to support the client after an implementation, or even permanently, so that he maintains the high level of functioning of his systems, guaranteeing the necessary IT maintenance.
