Yunit Consulting selected DataRoad to provide monthly IT Unlimited support to its offices in Lisbon and Porto, under an annual support contract covering approximately 50 workstations.

What's Included in the IT Unlimited Contract

The service contracted by Yunit Consulting ensures ongoing support for the company's two locations:

  • Ongoing IT support for approximately 50 workstations in Lisbon and Porto;
  • Print and server management at both locations;
  • Management of internet connectivity for the two offices;
  • Monitoring, remote support, alarm management, and continuous reporting.

IT Support for Companies with Multiple Offices

Managing the technology infrastructure across two geographically distant locations—Lisbon and Porto—presents specific challenges: ensuring the same level of responsiveness and availability at both offices without relying on constant travel by technical staff. The IT Unlimited model addresses this challenge by combining remote support—with rapid resolution of most incidents from a distance—and continuous monitoring of the entire infrastructure, enabling DataRoad to identify problems at either office before they affect the approximately 50 workstations used by the Yunit Consulting team.
