Change company

Without stopping the business

Changing supplier is easier than staying with one that doesn't respond.

We survey what exists, take over the accounts and paperwork, and carry out the handover in planned stages — nobody stops working in the meantime.

Real Success Stories

Transitions and projects documented across various sectors
From survey to day-to-day management, with proven results

IT supplier switch

Switching IT Provider Without Downtime — and Without Depending on the Previous Supplier

Passwords known only to the provider, undocumented servers, fear of stopping the business halfway through the change. That is why so many companies put off the decision. With a structured transition plan, changing IT provider happens uninterrupted — and in the end, everything that is his is finally in his hands.

Signs that it is time for a change

Replies that take days

Call, insist, forward the email “as a reminder”. If asking for support has become a job, the problem is not you — it's your supplier.

Unexpected bills

Every intervention is a new quote and the monthly IT cost is a lottery. Predictability exists: it is called fixed monthly fee.

Undocumented network

Nobody knows for sure what is installed, where the licences are or how to restore a backup. That is not IT management — it is faith.

It all depends on one person

“Only Mr X knows that.” When knowledge lives inside someone's head, their holiday is an operational risk.

Zero visibility

No reports, no history, no knowing what was done and why. Pay every month, but you cannot prove what you receive.

lax security

Copies that nobody tests, delayed updates, without managed protection. It usually goes well — until the day it doesn't.

“But my current supplier has everything...”

It's the most common fear — and it can be solved. Access, licences, domain and data they belong to your company, not to the supplier. Our transition includes a structured process for gathering access details and documentation, managed professionally with the previous supplier.

And what if the old supplier doesn't cooperate? There is also a way forward: we carry out the technical assessment independently and execute a controlled access reset, system to system, without stopping operations. We've done it many times — it's a matter of method, not luck.

How we make the transition, step by step

1

Audit and asset tagging

Complete inventory: equipment, servers, licences, access, contracts and risks. You will know exactly what you have — many companies discover surprises here.

2

Transition plan

Clear schedule with responsibilities and out-of-hours working windows where necessary. The goal is fixed: zero stops in its operation.

3

Collection of access passes and documentation

Passwords, licences, domain, email, backups and configurations go into a digital safe that your company has access to. What's his is his.

4

Gradual migration

Monitoring, management tools and security run in parallel with the existing setup, with testing prior to any cutover. Nothing is switched off without a working alternative in place.

5

Go-live with enhanced support

In the first few weeks, extra vigilance: users are getting to know the new support channels and receive a quick response from day one.

When is the best time to change?

Whichever — the transition happens in parallel, without switching anything off prematurely. If you have a fixed-term contract, we'll review the dates with you and get everything ready so that the change takes place the day the contract ends, without a single day exposed. The duration depends on the size of the infrastructure: typically a few weeks, with the plan and dates defined in the initial audit.

  • 11+ years of activity y documented case studies in several sectors.
  • Certified own equipment - we do not subcontract our support.
  • Written SLA from day one, with reports demonstrating its compliance.
  • No contract — if one day you want to leave, your documentation and your access are already in your hands. That is the difference.

Frequently asked questions

How long does the transition take?

It depends on the size of the infrastructure — typically a few weeks. The plan defines dates and responsibilities from the start and operations never stop during the process.

Will I lose any data or emails in the switch?

No. Nothing is switched off until the alternative has been tested and is working. Backups are validated before any migration and mailboxes are migrated with their entire history.

Do I have to confront my current supplier?

No need. We will handle the technical communication with the previous supplier professionally. As for you, just the formal termination of the contract — we will tell you what to review and how much notice to give.

What if the current supplier doesn't cooperate?

It happens — and it has a solution. We carry out an independent audit and a controlled restoration of access, system by system. Your business recovers control of what is yours.

Does the transition have costs?

It depends on the state of the infrastructure and what needs to be migrated. Get a clear estimate before starting — no surprises, like everything in our model.
