Change service provider

Without stopping the activity

Switching service providers is simpler than staying with one that doesn't reply.

We survey the existing setup, take over the accounts and documentation, and organise the handover into planned stages — nobody stops working in the meantime.

Change of IT service provider

Switching IT Service Providers Without Interruption — and Without Depending on the Old One

Passwords known only to the service provider, undocumented servers, the fear of halting the business mid-migration. That is why so many companies put off the decision. With a structured transition plan, the change of service provider is carried out uninterrupted — and in the end, everything that belongs to you is finally in your hands.

The signs that it is time for a change

Answers that take days

You call, you persist, you resend the email «as a reminder». When asking for support becomes a job in itself, the problem doesn't come from you – but from your service provider.

Unexpected bills

Every call-out is a new quote and your monthly IT cost is a lottery. Predictability does exist: it's called a fixed monthly tariff.

An undocumented network

Nobody knows exactly what is installed, where the licences are or how to restore a backup. That’s not IT management — it’s blind faith.

Everything rests on one person

«That, only Mr X knows.» When knowledge lives inside someone's head, their holiday becomes an operational risk.

Zero visibility

No reports, no history, no idea of what has been done and why. You pay every month without being able to prove what you receive.

Neglected security

Backups that no-one tests, late updates, no managed protection. It goes well — until the day it doesn't go well anymore.

«But my current service provider holds everything...»

That is the most frequent fear — and it gets sorted. Access, licences, the domain and the data belong to your company, not to the supplier. Our transition includes a structured process for recovering access and documentation, carried out professionally with the former supplier.

And if the former service provider does not cooperate? There is also a path: we carry out an independent technical audit and execute a controlled access reset, system by system, without stopping operations. We have done it many times — it's a matter of method, not luck.

How we are leading the transition, step by step

1

Audit and inventory

Complete inventory: equipment, servers, licences, access, contracts and risks. You finally know exactly what you have — many companies discover surprises here.

2

Transition plan

A clear schedule with responsibilities and out-of-hours slots if necessary. The goal is fixed: zero interruption of your activity.

3

Recovery of access and documentation

Passcodes, licences, domain, email, backups and configurations go into a digital vault which your company has access to. What is yours remains yours.

4

Phased migration

Monitoring, management tools and security run parallel to the existing system, with testing prior to any cutover. Nothing is disconnected without an operational alternative.

5

Go-live with enhanced support

In the first few weeks, extra attention: your users are discovering the new support channels and get fast answers from day one.

When is the best time to change?

Anytime — the transition takes place in parallel, without cutting anything off prematurely. If you are on a fixed-term contract, we will review the dates with you and prepare everything so that the switch takes place the day the contract ends, without a single day overdrawn. The duration depends on the size of the infrastructure: generally a few weeks, with the plan and dates defined right from the’initial audit.

  • 11+ years of activity and some documented references across several sectors.
  • An internal certified team — we never outsource your support.
  • Written SLAs from day one, with reports that prove their respect.
  • No obligation — if one day you want to leave, your documentation and your access are already in your hands. That’s the difference.

Frequently asked questions

How long does the transition take?

That depends on the size of the infrastructure — usually a few weeks. The plan sets the dates and responsibilities from the start, and your business never stops during the process.

Will I lose any data or emails?

No. Nothing is cut off before the alternative is tested and operational. Backups are validated prior to any migration, and mailboxes are migrated with their entire history.

Should I confront my current service provider?

No need. We are handling the technical communication with the former service provider in a professional manner. On your side, just the formal termination of the contract — we will let you know what to check and with what notice period.

What if the current service provider does not cooperate?

This happens — and there is a solution. We carry out an independent audit and a controlled reset of access, system by system. Your business takes back control of what belongs to it.

Does the transition come with a cost?

That depends on the state of the infrastructure and what needs to be migrated. You receive a clear quote before we start — no surprises, like everything else in our model.
