The project, developed and implemented entirely by DataRoad, involved the supply, installation, and configuration of the hotel’s entire technology solution, including equipment, workstations, and security systems:
- 30 wireless access points — comprehensive, managed Wi-Fi coverage on all floors, in all guest rooms, common areas, the restaurant, and service areas, with centralized cloud-based management, 24/7 monitoring, and traffic separation between the guest network and the hotel’s operational management network
- 55 video surveillance cameras — a CCTV system providing full coverage of the hotel, including entrances, hallways, the front desk, the parking lot, and outdoor areas, with continuous recording and secure remote access
- Implementation, configuration, and management of Office 365
- 10 network switches — a high-performance switching infrastructure distributed across the building’s six floors, ensuring stable and redundant connectivity at every location
- Complete computer network setup
- Enterprise firewall — a perimeter security solution featuring internet access management, protection against external threats, VPN, and traffic control by network segment
- Connection to the Altice data center — configuration and integration of the dedicated connection to the Altice data center, ensuring high-availability connectivity, redundant internet access, and operational continuity for the hotel’s critical systems
- Workstations — supply and setup of all computer equipment for the hotel’s front desk, administrative, and operations teams
- UPS — uninterruptible power supply systems designed to protect all critical infrastructure against power outages, ensuring full operational continuity
DataRoad supplied all the necessary technological equipment and took full responsibility for the project—from technical specifications and equipment procurement to installation, configuration, testing, and training of the hotel staff.

The IT Unlimited service includes unlimited on-site, remote, and telephone IT support, 24/7 monitoring and alerts, proactive management of all systems, immediate response in the event of an incident, and ongoing preventive maintenance—all for a fixed monthly fee, with no long-term commitment and on-site visits included.
This is a particularly critical solution for a hotel that operates around the clock, where any technological failure has a direct impact on the guest experience and team operations.
