Dataroad was chosen to provide Ciphra with monthly IT "Unlimited" services and support, guaranteeing the smooth running of its information systems in two offices with around 30 employees under an annual IT Unlimited monthly IT support contract.
Ciphra has also opted to install a firewall with secure remote access via VPN for its employees to enable them to telework remotely with added security and stability features combined with redundant internet access. DataRoad will provide IT support and permanent IT support for the workstations, wireless network, printing, servers and internet connectivity, with monitoring, remote support, alarming and reporting services.
