Dataroad has been chosen to provide Ciphra with 'Unlimited' monthly IT support and services, ensuring the smooth running of its information systems across two offices with around 30 staff on an annual ' IT Unlimited' monthly IT support contract.
Ciphra also chose to install a firewall with secure remote access via VPN for its employees in order to enable remote access for teleworking with added security and stability features allied to redundancy in internet accesses. DataRoad will provide IT support and permanent computer support to workstations, wireless network, printing, servers and internet connectivity, with monitoring, remote support, alarming and reporting services.
